My Mission

In addition to my role as a PR & Marketing Consultant, I am a small farmers advocate. I champion the rights, interests, and sustainable practices of small-scale farmers, working to ensure fair access to resources, markets, and policies that support their livelihoods and communities.

Support Local Farmers

Smallholder farmers produce approximately 33-50% of the world's food supply. In developing regions, they play an even larger role in ensuring food security.
Around 84% of the world’s farms are smaller than 2 hectares (5 acres), according to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
Small-scale farming supports over 2.5 billion people worldwide, providing livelihoods for nearly 40% of the global population.
Small farms are essential for preserving biodiversity, as they often grow diverse crops, maintain heirloom varieties, and use traditional farming methods.
In the United States, small and medium-sized farms account for 89% of all farms and contribute significantly to rural economies.
Small farmers often struggle with limited access to resources, financing, and markets. Climate change, land degradation, and water scarcity also disproportionately affect them.
Small farms tend to adopt sustainable practices more readily than industrial-scale farms, contributing to reduced carbon footprints and healthier ecosystems.
